Wolfox Advisors was delighted to be invited to attend the WILLIAM FRY LLP Ai convention.

Some key take aways from the day

1. Ireland is a leader in the data protection ecosystem with the DPC leading the way due to the amount of Global Corporations based here. 

2. Data is king! Ai is no different to other forms of technology reliant on Data as fuel - Crap in, Crap out.

3. Be outcome focused when approaching Ai usage. What is the use case, what do you expect to get from it, how do you track success.

4. Adoption is massively important. Keys to successful adoption - Stakeholder engagement, A culture of embracing change management, diverse teams engaged and included in projects and a great learning management system.

5. Don't skim on the perceived "soft" items within projects like training, communications and training.
